POSITION OVERVIEW
The NetSuite Administrator is charged with administering NetSuite software, ensuring frequent collaboration with Finance, Tech, and Advancement Departments.
Working closely under the direction of Director, Technology Services, the NetSuite Administrator leads a cross-functional technical team to ensure the successful utilization of Netsuite.
This full-time position may work remotely from within a state of operation. Extended hours, including evenings and weekends will be required at key points throughout the year. Travel to Institute offices and events may also be required on occasion.

Designing, testing, implementing, and maintaining NetSuite customizations including, working independently or in conjunction with external NetSuite consultants.

Enabling setups and configurations including Commerce.

Reviewing upgrade documentation, scheduling, testing, and implementing features with applicable departments across the organization.

Overseeing customizations within NetSuite, including coordinating with departments to design, build, and maintain customizations.

Managing user roles and employee access, including designing, assigning, and removing access.

Identifying risks to the Sundance Institute NetSuite instance and escalating them as necessary.

Providing internal, ongoing technical support to ensure NetSuite is running optimally.

Managing changes to the Sundance Institute NetSuite instance including processes and procedures.

Creating new reports and dashboards as needs are identified.

Overseeing all reporting functions, including assisting with, creating, or executing reports for departments and for system administration.

Providing quality and timely communication regarding project and system status.

Identifying, evaluating, and recommending technologies required to support and improve the processes centered on the NetSuite platform.
You have the following direct or transferable skill sets:
-
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

6 or more years working with NetSuite ERP
-
Demonstrated understanding of financial reporting concepts with knowledge of both the technical and financial aspects of donor and financial reporting systems within NetSuite.

4 years project management experience.

Experience managing Netsuite’s financial and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

BS or equivalent in Accounting or Computer Science preferred
