Zenysis is looking for a Partnerships and Projects Manager to develop and expand the company’s relationship with the Government of Kenya and oversee technical implementation of projects that will accelerate and advance the Government’s national strategic priorities for the health sector.

The Role: The Senior Program Manager (SPM) will be responsiblefor developing and maintaining solid and strong relationships with existing and new partners to expand the impact of our platform in Brazil, its product strategy, and everything in between, working with every team at Zenysis while building the skills to lead increasingly large parts of our long term operations and strategy in Brazil.
In addition, the SPM will lead project management and provide a big-picture perspective to manage projects to ensure they are in line with strategic business objectives. The SPM will also manage a portfolio of initiatives that span across business units or lines of business, acquiring valuable insight as to how parts of the organization impact one another.
Reporting to the Director, International Development and Partnerships, the SPM will also have a line of accountability to the Regional Director for Delivery for project management related activities. The SPM will work closely with the Director, International Development and Partnerships to ensure alignment of human and financial resources consistent with Zenysis project Delivery and Growth objectives.
The SPM will serve as the main point of contact for Zenysis Operations, Growth and Partnership teams, as well as in-country and external stakeholders. Over time, the SPM will be responsible for building local teams that are capable of taking more responsibility for development and expansion.
Partnerships
- With the Director of International Development and Partnerships, establish and implement Zenysis’ partnerships and growth strategy for Brazil and South America.
- Manage and expand Zenysis’ partnerships with key institutions in Brazil and Latin America.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Zenysis’ relationships with relevant stakeholders in Brazil and Latin America.
- Manage an ongoing dialogue with our partners to understand their needs and goals and look for ways that Zenysis can add value to our partners.
Project Management
- Drive all project-related activities for assigned clients/projects with attention to efficiency, timing, and provide superior service to the client and/or intended audience.
- Support the project communications and processes to ensure successful outcomes and aligned expectations.
- Keep systems up to date with client launches and changes.
- Support the expansion and sustainability activities of the current projects under the Brazil portfolio.
- Support the production of consistent high-level communications to internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes recommended.
- Assess and minimize business exposure and risk and ensure that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in public health, health informatics, information technology, computer science, or other related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience working on health-related projects in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of digital health tools and systems as well as health data management and use.
- Experience building and sustaining effective partnerships with national, regional, and district government at senior levels, donors, partners, and relevant project stakeholders.
- Strong track record in managing milestone-based projects to achieve strong results within budget and time constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics.
- Experience organizing and facilitating meetings; adept at bringing diverse opinions together to achieve consensus and drive results.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
