Background
Zenysis is engaging in a collaboration with the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) in Mozambique and is seeking a Technical Advisor (Consultant) to facilitate this initiative. The Technical Advisor (Consultant) will serve as a link between Zenysis and EPI, primarily focusing on accelerating the deployment and utilization of Data Advanced Analysis Platform (PAAD) initiatives within EPI teams at both central and provincial levels. This role involves not only the technical aspects of implementation but also encompasses the utilization, acting as a catalyst for change and an internal advocate within EPI. The consultant will work closely with the Zenysis team.

Scope Of Work:

  • Accelerate the implementation of data related activities across EPI central and provincial teams.
  • Identify user needs, conduct weekly deskside training sessions, and certify user proficiency.
  • Maintain and update the provincial and district user rosters, ensuring active engagement.
  • Collaborate with the project team to refine user experience, exchange user metrics, and participate in strategic dialogues.
  • Conduct situational analyses to identify opportunities for improving data usage.
  • Collect and document decisions made by the EPI program based on data insights.
  • Support the institutionalization of data in regular funding cycles with partners.

Key Deliverables:

  • Regular updates on user engagement and feedback for data enhancement.
  • Insightful analyses and concepts based on data use strategies.
  • Weekly summaries of user contact and monthly reports on user requests for improvements.
  • Updated lists of users, emphasizing changes in district users' positions or locations.
  • Documentation of decisions made at all EPI levels based on usage.
  • Share a list of user requests to improve data.
  • Produce analysis or analysis concept based on the data use strategies.
